“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” — Viktor E. Frankl
I became a social worker and therapist because I believe in the inherent worth and strength of every person. Life can be challenging, but I know you already have what it takes to navigate those obstacles. My role isn’t to lead or push but to walk alongside you—offering support, perspective, and a space where you feel seen and heard. Together, we’ll uncover and build on the strengths you already possess to create meaningful change.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston and a Master of Social Work from Columbia University in New York City. I am currently working under the professional supervision of Dayna Gurley, LCSW-S, CCTS, ACM, to continue developing my skills and provide you with the best care.

How I Work
I use a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Emotive Therapy, to meet your needs in the most effective way. My work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and focused on making sure you feel heard, respected, and comfortable throughout the process.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I), I help people process and heal from trauma, whether it’s recent or from the past. I’m also a Divorce Coach, specializing in guiding individuals through the challenges of divorce—whether you’re considering it, in the middle of it, or rebuilding afterward. Divorce is a major life change, and I’m here to support you through the emotional and practical aspects, helping you find clarity and confidence at every stage.
My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can openly share your thoughts and work through challenges. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or a major life transition, I’m here to support you with understanding and practical strategies.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward change, I’m here to help.
