Welcome!
"You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step." – Martin Luther King Jr.
I believe in the power of resilience and the importance of feeling seen, heard, and supported. As an intern, my role is to walk alongside clients through life's challenges, especially those shaped by trauma and adversity. Whether you're starting your healing journey or continuing on your path, I'm here to create a safe, empowering space where you can feel heard and never judged.
Education
I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Kentucky. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2022, building a foundation rooted in understanding human behavior, mental health, and emotional wellness.
My Approach
My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in empathy. With over four years of experience as a victim advocate, I have worked extensively with individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and complex trauma. This work has taken place in both systems-based and community-based settings. These experiences have deepened my commitment to providing a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally respectful environment where clients feel supported and validated throughout the therapeutic process.
