Adrianna Linares, LCSW-S
Welcome!
Welcome, and thank you for considering therapy as an investment in yourself and your well-being. I have been to therapy and I recognize that finding a therapist who truly "gets it" can feel impossible, especially if you've felt misunderstood or marginalized in other settings. Whether you're here as a parent seeking support for your child, a young person trying to make sense of difficult emotions, exploring your identity, navigating coming out, facing family challenges, or simply seeking support as your authentic self, I want you to know that this space honors who you are and your unique story. Together we can utilize your strengths, hobbies, or interests and incorporate them into a type of therapy that is uniquely yours because you are worth it.
Education
I received my Bachelor’s in Social Work in 2013 and my Master’s in Social Work in 2014 from The University of Texas at Austin. My educational experiences have taken me from supporting families in Austin shelters to working with survivors of domestic violence in Costa Rica, from helping children navigate the foster care system in Houston to providing clinical support for adults and elderly clients in hospital settings. Each role has taught me something different about resilience, the importance of cultural humility, and the power of meeting people exactly where they are. These diverse experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the complexity of human experience and the many different paths to healing.
Master's licensure received in 2014

For adults, my therapeutic toolkit includes Neurofeedback, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindful CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Approaches, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—all adapted to meet you exactly where you are in your healing journey.
